Task reports base their results on the filters you have applied.
There are two types of task reports, depending on the type of filter you are using:

User Task Report – Details the tasks assigned to a single user.

My Delegated Task Reports – Details tasks that you created but are assigned to other users.
For each task, either of these reports will include:

The description of the task.

The name and preferred communication of the Contact Group that the task is for.

The status, and priority level of the task.

The start and due date of the task.
The Delegated Task Report will divide the tasks by the user assigned to it.
When running either report, you can specify the following additional parameter:
Report Format – PDF, Excel, or text.
For My Delegated Task Report, you can also specify the following:

Include page break after each user's tasks. This only applies to PDF and text formats.

Show users with no tasks - Only applicable to PDF and text report formats.
