Talk Talk - Implementing Important Speedbuttons in your Office



    Known CG – Used on Contact Groups that have a previous affiliation with the office.

New Prospect – Used on first contact with a new Mass Mail lead.  This person has no previous contact with the office.

 AA-Hot – Very interested, financially qualified, and willing to begin the sales process right now.  

Red Cherry – Interested and qualified and willing to receive information.  

Green Cherry – Interested but qualified at a known later date

Info Lead – Interested but unwilling to answer qualifying questions right now.

Pitch and Miss – Someone you wanted to do business with that you failed with.

Perm Off – Non-respondent or asks to be taken off list.  

Appointment Processing 

2nd Appt. – Initiates second appointment.  1st Appt. set in Lead Processing Speedbuttons.

3rd, 4th, etc, Appt. – Used to set any appointment after the second.

D-Pitch/Miss-Client – Used when a close has failed with a Client.

D-Pitch/Miss-Prosp – Used when a close has failed with a Prospect.

Reschedule – Used to set a call to reschedule an appointment.

Review/Goodwill Appt. – Used to set a non-sales appointment.

Sale to Client – Used when a close is successful with a Client.

Sale to Prospect – Used when a close is successful with a Prospect.

Red Carpet 

New Client 1035 Less – Used when a 1035 form is needed to open the account.

New Client 1035 Over -

New Client ACAT Less – Used when an ACAT is needed to open the account.

New Client ACAT Over - 

New Client Cash Less – Used when cash is given to open an account.

New Client Cash Over - 

 

No Contact 

Left 1st Message – Used to document first call and set up a follow up call.

Left 2nd Message – Used to document second call, set up a follow up call, and send a call me message.

Left 3rd Message - Used to document third call, set up a follow up call, and sends a call me message.

SA Turnover – After Advisor has made some attempted calls they can turn the CG over to the SA to attempt to make contact.

Back to Advisor – When the SA has made three attempts they give the CG back to the Advisor.  The Advisor can make attempted contacts again or run Final Action Speedbutton.

Final Action – Used to send a message to the CG letting them know that the office has been trying to get a hold of them and if they have any problems or questions to call in.
