The Summary Tab does what its name implies: gives a summary of what you will find in the rest of the record.
This is an editable field used to contain the information you want to be accessible as easily as possible; Things you always want to know about this person or Household whenever you look at this record.
This is used to enter quick notes about the Household or Contact.
These notes do not update the SLM, so they should not be used to update a record after an SLM-related contact.
You can edit notes already entered here as well.
The notes will display in the order they were last edited, not by the date field in the note. To get a better view of the chronological order of activities, including these notes, instead go to the Activities Tab.
This chart shows you a pie graph of the types of Activities that have been done in this record over the last 12 months.
You can click on the items listed on the right to toggle them off within the pie chart. This allows you to see a breakdown of the specific types of Activities you want to examine.
This is a summary of Activities including Schedule Items, Tasks, Documents, and Emails, grouped by when they are due: Today, This Week, Last Week, or Older.
Each Activity can be expanded to get more detailed information, and you can use the View All button to go directly to the Activities Tab to get a more comprehensive view of all Activities in the record.
This only displays on Household records. It shows which Contacts are members of that Household, and what role each one has. You can add or remove members here or change their roles.
This only displays on Household records. It breaks down the specifics of the Service Model for that Household. Each Touch Type can be modified uniquely for that Household. The settings here will govern when the Service Level Manager (SLM) workspace will notify you about the relevant Touch Types.
