Sending Emails to Contacts for Service Requests

In the Service Request workspace you can send an email to each Household, Company, or Contact in a service request. This will include the person in the For field of the service request, and each person listed on the Contact’s tab.

To do this, mouse over the service request and click Email.

This email will put the Service Request’s ID and description in the Subject Line of the email by default. This can be changed manually if desired.
