PROBLEM

• When printing a script/checklist you get: Run Macro Error: Error #438: Object doesn't support this property or method 

SOLUTION

1. Open the Document Manager (Messaging>Document Manager)
2. Click on the drop down at the top left and choose Script/Checklist
3. Highlight the Script/Checklist in question and then click Edit from the top.
4. Click on Edit Single.
5. Once the message opens in Word, click on the Add-Ins tab and choose Save and Exit to Gorilla without making any changes to the document.
6. Print the document again.
