Run Macro Error -2147352567 Method ‘~’ of objective ‘~’ failed

PROBLEM

  • This method or property is not available because the current selection is not a graphic. Microsoft Word document “b2-ltrs.dot” opens and says: Bill Good Marketing, Inc., MS-Word 97/2000 Letters Template for Gorilla 2.0 – DO NOT MODIFY. Gorilla CRM popup says: Run Macro Error #-2147352567 Method ‘~’ of object ‘~’ failed. Microsoft Word document opens with the list of “sent” CGs. 

SOLUTION

  1. Open the letter in the Document Manager. (Messaging>Document Manager)
  2. Click Edit>Edit Single (or Edit Plural, depending on which version you are using)
  3. Inside the letter put your cursor at the end of sincerely, hit enter then hit delete.
    • If that doesn't work make sure the signatory merge fields are set to the style of Digitized Signature or copy/paste the sincerely section from a different letter.
