Responding to Invitations in Microsoft Outlook

Responding to Invitations in Microsoft Outlook

When another user sends you an email invitation for a schedule item, you have the option to:

  • Accept
  • Tentatively accept
  • Decline
  • Propose a new time for the item in Outlook.

Also, you can send:

  • A custom response
  • A standard response
  • No response to the invitation from Outlook.

When you send a response in Outlook, the schedule item owner automatically receives an email notification, and your response automatically displays in Gorilla 5, in the Attendees tab of the item's Edit dialog.

If your Outlook is not synchronized with Gorilla 5, you will have to send an email response to the schedule item owner as your response will not automatically display.
