PROBLEM

• Gorilla will not load due to the following error message: “Please wait while Windows configures Gorilla CRM System for Financial Services.”

SOLUTION

Gorilla 4.2 and 4.3

1. Go to billgood.com/users/v43, click to accept the terms, then click “Download Update” to download the install files.
2. Extract the files from the zip folder.
3. You should see Gorilla CRM System for Financial Services.msi file to point Gorilla to.
4. Launch Gorilla, and when it asks for the file, click “Browse” and choose the file mentioned above. 

Gorilla 4.5

You will need to uninstall 4.5 completely and download and reinstall 4.5.

1. Click on Start>Control Panel>Programs and Features.
2. Highlight “BGM Gorilla” and click on “Uninstall.”
3. Choose “Remove” and click “Next.”
4. Click “OK” and Gorilla will then uninstall.
5. Go to billgood.com/users/v45, click to accept the terms, then click “Download Update” to download the install files.
6. Extract the files from the zip folder.
7. Run the Setup.exe file to reinstall Gorilla.
