Pages Not Breaking Correctly When Printing Multiple Letters
PROBLEM
- The beginning of the first page of the next person's letter is printing on the second page of the previous person's letter.
CAUSE
This can be caused by many items such as letter merge fields that do not belong, or print driver issues.
SOLUTION
- Try printing to PDF to see if you get the same issue.
- If the issue no longer persists, the problem is with the print drivers. You will need to see your IT to get this problem fixed.
- If you continue seeing the issue, move on to step 2.
- Check for any merge fields at the bottom of the last page of the letter. If they are not standard merge fields, remove them and then print the letter again.
- Create a new version of the letter that is causing the issue.
