Not Supported Custom Report Error
PROBLEM
- When running a custom report, you get the error:
Crystal Report Viewer
Not Supported.
Details: DAO Error Code 0xbf5
Source: DAO.Database
Description: Too few parameters. Expected 1.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when the custom report looks for a field that isn’t in the Gorilla database. This can happen because the report isn’t compatible with your version of Gorilla.
SOLUTION
Send in a request to have a report made for your version of Gorilla. Be sure to include all details of the report you are needing, also include a copy of the report you currently have. Send your request to reports@billgoodmarketing.com.
