Marking an Opportunity Complete

Marking an Opportunity Complete

Go to the Opportunity Workspace and click on the description of the Opportunity you want to mark complete:

Click the 3-dot button in the banner button and select Edit.

Set the stage to Closed - Lost or Closed - Won as appropriate.

Set the Outcome to Won or Lost.

Set the Reason as appropriate.

The Actual Amount and Actual Close values will fill in automatically. They can be adjusted manually if needed.

Click OK when finished.
