Limits and Permissions for Content Library Users

The content library has certain limitations for different Users based on what their jobs are and how they are expected to interact with it.

Download Limits

Each Office has a certain number of items it can download each month (a package with multiple letters counts as 1 download):

  • 20 Letters
  • 20 Social Media Posts
  • 20 Documents

BGM considers this a reasonable limit based on the needs of message plans we offer. For teams just starting with us, your default numbers will be higher. If you are on coaching and need additional downloads in a month, reach out to your Coach, they can help you. If you do not have a coach, you may contact your Account Manager for additional information. You can also contact your Account Manager if you need to add additional Content Licenses, as Content Licenses are per advisor. You may contact Sales at (888) 495-7303.

  Note:

To avoid reaching your download limit prematurely, use the Preview feature to examine the content prior to downloading. That way you can find exactly the content you need, and only download that item.

Who Can Download

Each office will have certain people designated as the ones able to download content. For each Content License, the advisor and up to two support staff that are not advisors will be able to download letters using the limits for the office listed above.

When a new User is added to an office, if there are unused designations for downloading content, that User will be given that designation by default. Your office’s designated Office Administrator will be able to change which support staff are able to download content.

The number of support staff is based on the Content Licenses. To purchase additional Content Licenses, contact Sales at (888) 495-7303.

Who Can Add New Users

Each office can have up to two Users designated as Office Administrators. These Users are the only ones able to add new Users to the office.

As mentioned above, the Office Administrators will also be able to designate support staff to download content on behalf of the office.
