License Manager Gives an Error when Clearing a License
PROBLEM
- I get a license manager when I try to log into Gorilla, but when I try to clear a license I get an error message.
SOLUTION
This will need to be corrected using MS Access. If you have MS Access on your computer, one of our Software Support Agents can walk you through the process.
If you do not have MS Access, you will need to send your database in for repair.
- Call Software Support at 801-553-9888 for assistance with sending in your database.
- Once the repair has been completed, we will call you back to help you get your repaired database restored on your network.
- Note: All database repairs have a 24 hour turnaround time.
