How to Use an Email Template in a Campaign in G5

Existing email templates can be used in any Send Email workflow task of a campaign workflow in G5. Assign it either when you create the workflow template or when you configure the campaign prior to starting it.

Assigning the Email Template When Creating the Workflow Template

To assign an email template to a Send Email workflow task template, click Select Email Template. Then select the template you want to use.

When you do it this way, you can use any email template in your Document Manager.

Assigning the Email Template When Configuring the Campaign

To configure a Send Email step by adding an email template, open that step and click Select Email Template. Then select the template you want to use.

When you do it this way you can only use email templates that are in the folder selected for that campaign.
