How to Update the Document Manager with a New Version of a Letter

  1. Make sure the letter is on the G5 template.
  2. Go to the Document Manager.
  3. Find the old letter. Click its name to open it.
  4. Remove the attachment. Then click OK to save it with no attachment.
  5. Click the name of the letter to open it again.
  6. Add the new letter as an attachment. Click OK to save it with the new letter attached.
