How to stop a Recurring Task

Locate the next recurrence of the Task that has not been closed yet.

Click Edit to open the Task.

Click on the Recurrence tab.

Set the End of Series to By and Enter today’s date in the field under it.

Click OK to save your changes.

G5 will take some time to process the change as it removes all the existing recurrences that happen after today.
-
Mark any remaining recurrences Cancelled when it is done.
