How to Set-up Products

Products are the services you offer in your opportunities. The system uses them to categorize the opportunity charts on the Home Workspace.

Go to the Customize Workspace→Products tab.

Use the Add button to select the type of product you want to add. Alternatively, select the Edit button by an existing product to edit it.

Assign the product a name and optionally a description.

Click OK when finished.
