How to Set the Touch Targets in a Service Model

How to Set the Touch Targets in a Service Model

You can manually set the Touch Target dates in a Household’s Service Model. The Touch Target is the date you need to have completed that interaction by.

To do this:

  1. Go to the Contacts workspace.
  2. Open the record of the Household whose Service Model you want to update.
  3. Locate the Service Model on the Summary Tab.

  Note:

  • The system tries to maximize the space on your screen.
  • Each card moves automatically, based on the resolution of your screen and the size of the window G5 is open in.
  1. Expand the Touch Type you want to set a Touch Target for.
  2. Click the 3-dot button and select Set Touch Target from the menu.

  Note:

  • If the Household already has activities scheduled that will complete the Touch Type when they are finished, the Schedule Touch and Set Touch Date buttons will be unavailable.
  1. Set the date you want to use, then click OK.
