ANSWER
If you haven’t yet renewed your ESP License, please call Sales at 888-495-7303. If you have renewed with Sales and need to update the ESP in Gorilla, follow these steps:
- Upon opening Gorilla, you will receive the ESP Expiration Notice message. Click OK.

- On the “Would you like to process your renewal now?” window, click Yes.

- On the Extended Support Program Workstation Licenses will be some fields containing your current ESP information.

- The ESP Security Code needs to be given to someone in Software Support via the Software Support Chatroom. They will then use that code to get an ESP Authorization Code that they will reply with. Copy and paste this into the ESP Authorization Code field and click Process.

- If you do not receive any errors, your ESP License has been renewed with your new Expiration Date. Thank you for your continued service!
