How to Navigate the Campaign Manager
QUESTIONS THAT APPLY TO THIS TOPIC
- What can I do in the Campaign Manager?
ANSWER
- To get to the Campaign Manager you can select Campaigns, Campaign Manager or select the gears button at the top left.
- Once there you will need to open the Campaign Instance that you would like to work with. You can do this by selecting File, Open or clicking on the Open Folder button at the top left.
- There are several options under the File menu. We just barely discussed clicking open inside the File menu. Other options include Delete, Manage Event Dates which edits dates according to what you have selected in the Campaign Steps screen, Add/Edit Campaign Costs, Add Contact Group, Housekeeping Action, Downline Track which takes you to the Contact Group Downline Delete options, etc. Many of these options are discussed in more detail in other articles. There is also the History menu which allows you to add a new item into the Campaign History.
- Now we’ll go through the Track Changes bar. Each button represents a track in a Campaign. Just below these buttons there is a Selected Contact Group bar which shows you which contact group happens to be selected.
- At the bottom of the screen you have the option of selecting two tabs, Campaign Steps and Contact Group.
- To change someone from one track to another you will need to go to the Contact Group tab and select a Contact Group. One of the Columns specifies which Track they are currently in (1). Above the names and columns is the Track drop down (2) which you can select and choose from one of the tracks.
- Note: Only the people in the track you’ve selected will be shown.
- To move someone to a different track highlight the Contact Group by left clicking on them and select one of the buttons at the top under Track Change.
- Once in the Contact Group tab you have several options. You may right click on any Contact Group and select from the several options. These same options are in the Contact Group menu.
- When you select any option below Downline Contact Group after right clicking on a Contact Group it will then have a check mark next to it or a blue box around the Icon.
- Any other person that you might want to select the same option you will just be able to double click on them and that option will come up. You may only select one Contact Group at a time.
- When you go to the Campaign Steps tab there is a Filter which you can filter out items just like you would in the Scheduler or any other Filter. You have the option of filtering by action priority, status, type, and users.
- Note: The Filter options are only changed on your computer and not any other you might be linked to.
- You may right click on any item and select from the various options. You also have the option of selecting the Edit button at the bottom or the Mark Done button.
- You may double click any item to accomplish its specific task. You may only select one item at a time.
