How To Fix Mail Merge Error 5322

PROBLEM

  • Gorilla Macro Error: Mail Merge Failed (5322) There is insufficient memory or disk space. Word cannot display the requested font.

SOLUTION

Rename the Normal.dot to OldNormal.dot, in the Word Templates folder. This forces Word to re-create the Normal.dot template.

  1. Open the Word Templates folder this is normally located in
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Bill Good Marketing\Gorilla CRM FS 4.x for a 64-bit system and C:\Program Files\Bill Good Marketing\Gorilla CRM FS 4.x for a 32- bit system
  2. Right click on the Normal.dot file and rename to OldNormal.dot.
  3. Close and relaunch Gorilla and Word.
