How to Filter by Service Level

How to Filter by Service Level

While tier and service level are interrelated, they don’t always match. Due to that, sometimes filtering by tier isn’t adequate and you need to filter by service level directly.

Since service level is only applied to Households, start by going to the Contact Workspace and selecting the Households filter.

  Note:

  • These instructions specify the Contact Workspace.
  • However, you can adapt these instructions to use this filter anywhere in G5 that you can filter by Households.

Once there:

  1. Click on Filter options and select add filter fields.
  2. Type Service into the search bar. Check the box next to Service Level. Click OK.
  3. Select the boxes next to the service level(s) you want to filter by. Click Apply.

That's it. The filter is applied. You can apply additional filters or not, as you please.
