How to Enable Notes View in a Household or Contact Record
You can see the Note for an activity in someone’s record without opening it by enabling the right option. To enable that option:

Navigate to the Contacts workspace.

Open a Contact or Household record and click on the Activities Tab.

Open the More Actions menu and click Select Columns.

Check the box for Note.
-
Click OK.
Once you have enabled Notes, they will appear below the description, like this:
