How to Edit Touch Targets in the Service Level Manager

To edit a Touch Target of a client, you will need to use the Service Model tile in the Household.

  1. Find the Service Model tile in the client Household.
  2. The default view will show you:
    1. Touch Type.
    2. Interval for this Household.
    3. When the next Touch is scheduled.
    4. Target for this Household for the next Touch of that type based on last Touch and Interval.

  3. To see more information about each of the Touch Types for this Household, click the right arrow button.
  4. The second panel shows some of the same data but adds:
    1. Last Touch.

  5. Choosing the   button will allow you to set or adjust the date for the next Target for that Touch Type.
  6. If an Activity is scheduled that will update the Touch Type, choosing the   button will open that Activity allowing you to inspect or edit it.
  7. Choosing the ellipsis (three-dot) button will give you three options to choose from:

    1. Last Touch Properties: This will open the last Activity that was the most recent update to that Touch Type.
    2. Update Interval: This will allow you to change the frequency of that Touch Type to one of the intervals available for that Touch Type.
    3. Reset Interval: This will reset the Interval to the default setting for that Touch Type and that Household’s Service Level.
