How to Edit a Custom Field on a Household or Contact
Go to the Contacts Workspace and open the record of the Household or Contact you want to make changes to.
Go to the Details tab and find the Custom Fields card. Double-click on the Custom Field you want to make changes to.
Make the desired changes to the Value field. Click OK when finished.
Note:
- The Value field is the only part of the custom field that can be modified this way.
