How to Create Product Templates for your Business Model

As you create and track opportunities, they will have products associated with them. These products demonstrate the values of the potential investments. This will break your Opportunity Tracking into categories and channels of money that you and your team are working to bring in.

To Create Opportunity Templates:

  1. Click on the Customize menu in G5.
  2. Select the Products tab.
  3. Click the + symbol to create your first Product.
  4. Choose the category the Product falls under.
  5. Set up the basic information for the Product Template.
  6. Click OK at the bottom.
  7. Repeat the above steps for each Product Template you need for your business model.
