How to Create an All Client Emails Report in G5
An All Client Emails Report will list each email of each Client Household in your database.
Note:
- Once you have created this report, you can export it.

Before you export it, go to the settings tab and select the export setting Collapse to a single row using a delimiter.

This will ensure that each Household has one line on the spreadsheet, and that line will have each of their emails in turn.
To create this report:

Go to the Report workspace.

Click Add Report.

Select Households. Click Blank Households Report to open the report creation screen.

Name the report All Client Emails.

In the Details Tab, add Full Name and Emails>E-mail, in the Fields section.

Add Status equals Client to the Filters section of the report.

Select Full Name in the Sorting section.

Set the View and edit permissions to Public. Click Save when finished.
