How to Connect a Contact to a Company
Each Contact in G5 can be connected to a Company, similarly to how they can be connected to a Household.
You can see this relationship listed in that contact’s Hierarchy tab under the Company heading. You can also see the same thing in the Hierarchy tab of the Company’s record.
Use this process to connect people who are employed at a Company.
Connect a Contact to a Company:

Go to the Contact Workspace.

Go to Contacts, and click the Edit button that appears when you hover the mouse over their record.

Add the Company in the Company field. Then type their job title into the Position field.
- Click OK at the top right to save the changes.
