How to Click to Dial in G5
Note:
- This will only work if you have Voice Over IP. Voice Over IP is not a BGM product. Speak to your company IT about how to get it.
Go to the Communications card in someone’s record.
Click on one of the phone numbers there. You will see a pop-up:
Click the VOIP program you have installed.
The call will go to your phone.
