How to Attach a Letter to a Step in an Activity Plan

In an Active Plan

  1. Click Edit on the Activity Plan in someone’s record that you want to modify.
  2. Go to the Steps tab.
  3. Expand the step you want to modify, then click Edit.
  4. Click the Select button in the Add Attachment field. Select the document you want to attach to that step. Click Open to attach the chosen document.
  5. Click OK to save the changes you made to that step.
  6. Click OK to save the Activity Plan with the altered step.

In the Template

  1. Go to the Customize Workspace.
  2. Click on the Activity Plans tab.
  3. Click Edit Steps on the Activity Plan you want to modify.
  4. Click Edit on the step you want to attach a letter to.
  5. Click Add in the Document Manager Items box.
  6. Check the box next to the letter you want to add to this step. Click OK.

  7. Click OK to close the step you have added the letter to.
  8. Click OK to save your changes to this Activity Plan.
