How to Assign Activity Plan Steps to a Coverage Role

  Note:

An activated Activity Plan has already used the Coverage Group to assign each step to a User.
You cannot assign them to roles at that point.
Instead, simply reassign the step to the User you want it assigned to.

  1. Open the Activity Plan Template you want to modify or start a new one.
  2. Click Edit on the step you want to assign a Coverage Role or create a new step.
     
  3. Select Coverage Role under Assign To.
  4. Select Client Coverage in the Role Type field.
  5. Choose the role you want to assign the step to.
  6. Click OK when finished editing or creating that step.
  7. Click OK to save the Activity Plan.
