How to Add a Category to a Household or Contact
Go to the Contact Workspace and click on the name of the Household or Contact you want to add a category to. Go to the Detail Tab.
Click the Select a Category button in the Categories card.
Select the Category(s) you want to add to the record. Click OK when finished.
