G5 Badges

G5 has a number of badges designed to tell you several things about a record at a glance. That information can only be understood quickly if you are familiar with what each one means.

Where

What it Means

Late Touch

Household

If this appears in the banner, then one of the Touch Types for this Household’s Service Model is late and needs to be addressed.

Campaign

Household

This Household has participated in a campaign. This badge will remain even if the campaign is closed, as long as the Household is listed as a participant.

Open Opportunity

Household

If a Household has any open Opportunities, this badge will appear in its banner. If it is not there, it means the Household has no open opportunities.

Open Service Requests

Household

If a Household has any open Service Requests, this badge will appear in it’s banner. If it is not there, it means the Household has no open Service Requests.

Deceased

Household or Contact

When a Contact is marked deceased this badge will appear on the Contact Record. If all Contacts within a Household are marked deceased, or if the Household itself is marked deceased, this badge will appear on the Household Record.

Upcoming Birthday/Birthday Today

Contact

This badge shows that someone’s birthday is coming up within 7 calendar days. It will also be there on the day of their birthday.

Service Requests have another 7 badges that show the Severity and Priority of the service request. The badge displayed will match the corresponding field in the Service Request’s edit screen.
