PROBLEM

SOLUTION

Repairing MS Office may fix the issue, if problems persist contact Software Support for advanced troubleshooting.

  1. Right click on the Windows “Start” icon.
  2. Select “Apps and Features.”
  3. Locate Microsoft Office and click on it.
  4. Click the “Modify” button.
  5. When the wizard comes up, choose the option for a quick repair and follow the prompts to complete it.

If you are still getting the issue, try running Gorilla as an Administrator (right click on Gorilla and choose “Run as Administrator”). If this works, then there is security in place that does not allow Gorilla to open the Word instance unless it is run as an Administrator.
