Deleting an Activity Plan Template
Before you can delete an activity plan template, first:
- Find each household or contact that the activity plan has been activated on but have not been completed yet.
- Cancel, complete, or delete all steps across on each household or contact that activity plan is on.
Delete each step manually. That uses the same process as deleting an activity.
When that is done, to delete an activity plan template:
Navigate to the Customize workspace and go to the Activity Plan tab.
Click Delete on the template you want to delete and confirm that deletion.
