You can add a new service request in the Service Request workspace, or in the Service Request tab within an individual’s record.
To do so, click the Add button and select Service Request.
Fill in the information in each of the three tabs.
Description – The details of the service request you want to see in the overall list of all service requests.
For – The primary Household the service request is for. Only one may be selected in this field. To add other people to this service request, use the contacts tab.
Severity – How important it is to complete this quickly.
Channel – How this person prefers to be contacted.
Priority – How important this service request is compared to other duties.
Assign To – The user who will handle the service request. The creator’s name will be chosen by default, but can be changed to another user.
Stage – The state that the service request has achieved.
Resolution By – The date you want this service request completed by.
Notes – Full details of what needs to happen with the service request.
Displays all additional Contacts, Households, and Companies associated with the service request.
To add someone, click the Select Entities button and select an entity.
Allows you to set who can view and/or edit this service request.
By default, this is set to public.
