PROBLEM

• When trying to print an envelope from the finder to a Contact Group that has Default to Business Address checked, you get the following error:

CAUSE

One of the individuals in the Contact Group has a position that is a Business Position.

SOLUTION

For each individual in the Contact Group, check each position in the list editor to make sure that it is not a Business Position.

1. Click on the Finder icon at the top left of Gorilla.
2. Right click on the Contact Group in question, then choose Maintain Contact Group Section>Individual.
3.  Highlight the Position field, and then press the F4 key on your keyboard.
4. Make sure the Business Position check box is not checked. If it is, uncheck it and then click Save.
